Privacy Policy

Effective Date: July 30, 2026

NGU LLC dba Cecile' AI Strange ("Cecile' AI Strange," "we," "us," or "our") is a Washington-based consulting and training firm. We provide artificial intelligence consulting, education, and strategy services that support business productivity, client engagement, and digital presence.

Our services include guiding clients in designing, managing, and maintaining their own AI tools and web-based systems. We do not host or license proprietary software. Clients generally build and manage their own tools using third-party services under their own accounts and control.

1. Scope of This Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information submitted through this website, including information provided when you apply to book a demo or contact us.

Our advisory work does not include collecting, storing, or processing our clients' end-user data on their behalf unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise. This policy covers the limited information Cecile' AI Strange collects for its own business operations.

2. Information We Collect

When you submit a demo qualification form, we collect the information you choose to provide, including:

  • contact information, such as your full name, email address, and phone number;
  • business information, such as your business name, website or social profile, industry, role, team size, and a general monthly revenue range;
  • your stated AI goals, investment readiness, and interest in affiliate or consultant opportunities; and
  • your acknowledgment of this Privacy Policy and our Terms and Conditions.

Our website and service providers may also process limited technical information needed to operate and secure the form, such as submission time, IP address, browser information, and anti-spam or security signals.

Please do not submit passwords, payment card or bank information, health information, government identification numbers, confidential client information, trade secrets, or other sensitive or regulated data through the demo form.

3. How We Use Information

We use this information to:

  • review and qualify demo requests;
  • communicate with you about your application and requested appointment;
  • prepare for and provide a relevant demo or consultation;
  • respond to questions and maintain appropriate business records; and
  • protect the website, prevent spam or misuse, and comply with legal obligations.

Submitting a demo application does not subscribe you to a marketing list. We will seek separate consent before sending promotional email where consent is required.

4. Service Providers and Disclosures

We use a limited number of service providers to operate this workflow:

  • Netlify hosts the final website and securely receives and stores verified demo form submissions.
  • Resend sends the internal application notice and the applicant's transactional confirmation email.
  • Calendly provides the separate scheduling page you may choose to use after submitting the form.

These providers process information for the services they provide and maintain their own privacy and security practices. We may also disclose information to professional advisors, government authorities, or other parties when reasonably necessary to comply with law, enforce agreements, protect rights or safety, investigate fraud, or complete a business transaction involving all or part of our business.

We do not sell or rent personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising.

5. Email and Communications

After a verified demo application, we may send operational messages confirming receipt, providing the scheduling link, or following up about the requested demo. The internal notification contains only limited contact and business identification information; full qualification answers are reviewed in the restricted Netlify Forms dashboard.

We do not add applicants to a mailing list without a separate express opt-in. You may ask us to stop non-essential follow-up at any time by replying to an email or contacting us below.

6. Cookies, Analytics, and Third-Party Links

We do not currently use advertising pixels, behavioral advertising cookies, or analytics tools that create marketing profiles of site visitors. Our hosting and security providers may process limited technical information necessary to deliver and protect the website.

If you follow a link to a third-party service, including Calendly or a social media platform, that service's privacy policy and terms apply to its collection and use of information.

7. Retention

We generally delete demo applications from people who do not book a demo, or whose request we decline, within 90 days after the application. If a demo is booked but no client relationship results, we may retain the application for up to 12 months when reasonable follow-up is expected. Information relating to clients may be kept for the engagement and for the period needed to maintain business, tax, legal, or dispute-resolution records.

We may retain information longer when reasonably necessary to comply with law, resolve disputes, prevent fraud or misuse, enforce agreements, or protect legal rights. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information we collect, including restricted access, multi-factor authentication where available, provider security controls, and avoiding qualification details in routine notification emails. No website, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

9. Your Choices and Requests

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by emailing us with the subject line "Privacy Request." We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. We may retain information when permitted or required by law, including for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, or the establishment or defense of legal claims.

10. Children's Privacy

This website and our services are intended for business owners and adults and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the demo application.

11. Educational and Advisory Nature of Our Work

Our services are educational and advisory in nature. Except for the limited business information described in this policy, we do not operate, store, or manage client data or AI systems. Clients are responsible for their own third-party accounts, tools, data practices, notices, permissions, and legal compliance.

12. Updates to This Policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices, providers, or legal obligations. The latest version will be posted on this website with a revised effective date.
